JOB TITLE : Secretary of General Manager
Schedule : Full-Time
LOCATION: Kg. Speu.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
•    Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
•    Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
•    Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
•    Maintains guest confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
•    Prepares reports by collecting information.
•    Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
•    Secures information by completing database backups.
•    Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
•    Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading secretarial publications.
•    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Skills/Qualifications: Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Organization, Travel Logistics, Typing, Verbal Communication.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Male, Age 25-35years.
- Bachelor degree or higher degree in Management or other related field
- At least 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in Secretary.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Work, Excel, Email and Internet)
- Good communication skills as good interpersonal skills including good at English and
   Khmer language both spoken and written.
- Strong commitment to work and willing to learn new things,
- Strong interpersonal and work under pressure
- Honestly, work commitment and initiative person
- A person positive behavior, hard work and patience
- Good relationship team work members
